Contract Outcome Tracking

Increasingly “outcomes based contracting” has become the standard. CHES will assist your  organization in developing plans to measure those critical outcomes set by your funding sources. If you are a funding agency, CHES staff will utilize their expertise in helping collaboratively establish outcomes that can actually be measured and tracked, all for the benefit of improving services.
