Over 15 years and through two generations of development platforms, an exciting new generation Management Information System was developed by EIDETIK, Inc. our technology partner. DDMgr originally serving Developmental Disabilities has set a new standard for comprehensive systems integration for agencies within the human service industry. Now DD Mgr has migrated to child welfare services and general human services contract management. This system integrates service record, billing, quality assurance, general workflow tracking, management reporting and time on task seamlessly. Staff will recognize the one degree of separation between “what they do on a daily basis” and the work requirements set forth in contracts and legislation making all activities highly focused on required outcomes ultimately helping staff understand how their work relates to the big picture.
