System Integration

Systems include both those of a technical nature and those that are more focused on “How you do business." CHES does not want to disrupt organizational practices that are working and delivering desired outcomes. New systems should only be utilized to improve the work your agency does.  CHES will not impose integration, when systems are deemed to be working well.  The Solutions Group team will spend time assessing with you what is working and what needs improvement. This will allow for clear priorities to be set and minimize the stress on staff in the trenches.
